Are free government small business grants only available in Wales?

Small business government grants are offered in other parts of the UK, and not just Wales, but none of these grants provide free money to applicants. In fact, even free government grants offered by the Wales regional government are not solely made available to small businesses operating within the borders of Wales. There are also the United Kingdom national free government grants, and Wales and other regional governments may also offer free information on small business grants. Some of these may be available to small businesses operating outside their region if those small businesses can show that doing so would benefit the regional offering the grants.
