Are Edinburgh grants from the government free?

Government grants are available in Edinburgh but they are not free. They are free of charge to apply for. However, in order to apply first you must have chosen a grant that you meet the eligibility requirements for and that you are able to use in accordance with the purposes stated. Then the applicant must write a proposal for the grant which states how it will be helpful to them, what their goals are, and how they plan to use the funding. Applicants are then chosen to receive funds by the grant committee.
